Xfce - How can I change the default icon pack and default theme, so that all users created will have the new theme and icons

I want any and all new users to have the same theme, icons, panel configuration etc. Is there any way to do this? I assume there has to be considering each distribution has its own themes and panels. How can I do this. I'm using vanilla xfce so I just need to know how to set these settings universally.

I haven't done this yet, but you can look into adding the user themes into the `/etc/skel` folder as that is the folder that is copied from when a new user is created.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
