Shortcuts for switching monitors

us flag

I'm on a NUC PC (Ubuntu 20.04) with two monitors (one Thunderbolt 3, one HDMI device). Only one of them is usually active at the same time but both always stay connected. Windows 10 allows me to switch between the primary and secondary monitor using WINDOWSKEY + P, it also deactivates the device that is currently not in use. Ubuntu technically has the same options (at least they look like the same options) but, for some reason, they don't really work on my machine. When I press WINDOWSKEY+P in order to switch between the "Built-in Only" and "External Only" monitor, the desktop only gets extended on my secondary monitor. Is there a way to configure these shortcuts? I'd like to use only one monitor at the same time, the other one shouldn't receive a signal.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
