I installed ubuntu 20.04 on my HP Envy 13. I am using it on dual boot. I am unable to enroll my fingerprint. How to solve the problem?

eg flag

Whenever I try to enroll using fprintd-enroll, it shows this:

Using device /net/reactivated/Fprint/Device/0
failed to claim device: GDBus.Error:net.reactivated.Fprint.Error.Internal: Open failed with error: Device 06cb:00e7 is already open

I tried a lot of solutions, but none of them worked. I have tried fwupd upgradation, but it doesn't help, same thing happens.
Also, I am new to Ubuntu, any help would be great.

Based on [this report from Linux-Hardware.org](https://linux-hardware.org/index.php?id=usb:06cb-00e7), the fingerprint reader does not work in Ubuntu

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
