How much RAM is installed on the board? You will need at least 4GB to run stock Ubuntu Desktop

You haven't said what system you're trying to install (server? desktop? but from the messages I gather server...) The obvious details to me are did you verify the ISO after download (https://tutorials.ubuntu.com/tutorial/tutorial-how-to-verify-ubuntu#0) and then write to media? If either of those didn't succeed successfully I'd repeat those steps (using another box to perform the media validation if necessary as it's pretty quick & far quicker than diagnosing issues any other way).

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
