VNC not connecting

cn flag

20.04.3 LST Installed on a MacBook Pro. (fresh installation) I try in my lan to connect to the Ubuntu Mac, I setup in Sharing-> Screensharing (Active) on the wlan. But I can't connect via my VNC-app from my other Mac. 'Unable to connect to VNC Server using your chosen security setting. Either upgrade VNC Server to a more recent version from RealVNC, or select a weaker level of encryption.' How can I fix this? (Screen of the UbuntuMac is defective)

(Screen of the UbuntuMac is defective) does this mean you have a desktop version of Ubuntu with no screen or that you installed the server headless.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
