Lock screen background disappears after turning monitor off and on

za flag

I've got 2 monitors. After upgrading to Impish (and GNOME 40), on turning the main monitor off and on again, the lock screen wallpaper is just gone. It's like it doesn't load. This doesn't happen on the secondary monitor. However, turning the secondary monitor on after the primary causes the lock screen background on the primary to try to load, and the background image flickers into view for a moment, then goes blank again.

Was working fine on GNOME 38, just started happening after upgrade to Impish.

Turned off all extensions (old and new) but it keeps happening, so I'm guessing it's not a faulty-extension?

Any ideas?

UPDATE: Seems to be Wayland related? It's not happened so far on Xorg

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
