How did you get to this point? Without any context surrounding this problem it's hard to give any advice. Please edit your question and include details and context. Make sure that your details are specific. Tell us exactly what you've done. As currently written, there is a lot of ambiguity and it's very unclear.

I can't find any data about the drive, where Windows is installed. What drive is it, and how is it configured? For example, Ubuntu wants AHCI. Maybe you can find a menu in your BIOS system, where you can try to configure the drive, so that that Ubuntu can see it. WARNING: this may damage Windows. So it is **important that you *backup* everything that you cannot afford to lose before starting this adventure**.

Whatever that describes the drive and how it is configured (I don't know diskmgmt.msc).

Here are the tutorials for [creating bootable USB media](https://ubuntu.com/search?q=Create+bootable+usb) and [installing Ubuntu](https://ubuntu.com/tutorials/install-ubuntu-desktop). Please follow the tutorials. Even with your edits, I don't understand what you're doing or where you're getting stuck.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
