How to make HDMI display show in LightDM greeter right after boot?

es flag

After upgrading from Xubuntu 18.04.x to 20.04.3 I have this problem with HDMI output: It is recognized only after I log in a graphical session (but not during that session) and log out the session. (If I use Budgie Desktop, it automatically logs out.) If I log in again, the HDMI output works in the session, too. Here is the related bug report. Apparently Nvidia driver is not loaded before I log in. How to make Nvidia driver load automatically during boot process?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
