Libvirtd not running

I can't run libvirtd, I've searched for hours and have asked tens of people, nobody could help me.

When I try to run libvirtd.service it spits out this: Job for libvirtd.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status libvirtd.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

Everything that journalctl -xe told me:

For what I'm TRYING to do, I am trying to Single GPU Passthrough using RisingPrism's guide, I tried to submit an issue there but nobody has answered me.

I also get this error when I'm trying to run the VM directly from virt-manager (as user, when I run virt-manager as sudo I don't see my VM)

From your log: "Can't load config file: configuration file syntax error: /etc/libvirt/libvirtd.conf:513: expecting an assignme>" There is no such entry in the default file on that line, I'd recommend to check that file. Or if unsure copy your current config and restore the default from the package, then adapt it one by one and check when the service fails to restart properly.
