Dell laptop fan issue

si flag

I'm a newbie to Ubuntu and Linux honestly and a problem I have which I looked for an answer in forums for hours and got nothing. I have a Dell laptop inspiron 15 3000 and when I start working, no matter how long does it take (normally I use it for more than 3 hours a day), its fan literally doesn’t work. My laptop becomes so hot and programs crash. For this reason I only have a good experience of using Ubuntu for the first hour, after that it takes a long time to display images. You know what I mean… My fans are ok, they work well with Windows Please guide me if you know how can I fix it. I’m a student and I really need it work. (thanks to the person edited my last post btw)

First things first, update UEFI. Troubleshoot from an up-to-date firmware if the problem persists.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
