Kubuntu 21.10 dual boot problems, bitlocker or something

cn flag

I want to ask something to you guys, since I'm newbie to this.. Maybe this will be very long but i hope you can understand..

I just buy a laptop, HP 14S FQ1032AU few days ago. it comes with win10 home single language already installed.

so i want to install manjaro linux on my laptop make it dual boot with win10. i see the tutorials, creating partitions, make the ext4 for /root and swap area, and efi partitions. okay i made it, manjaro is successfully installed, i restarted the laptop and the boot options is showed up. i choose windows, after i finish working with windows, i turn off my laptop to switch it to manjaro, and suddenly my laptop boot straightly to windows without asking anything..

i read on google, they said manjaro cannot installed on laptops who had bitlocker, so I read on other articles how to disabled my bitlocker, and what I found is my laptops doesn't have bitlocker (and microsoft tell me win10 home single language doesn't have bitlocker at all) but, when someone said to me use Grub2Win to fix my problem, i can't even install the software because it saying Grub2Win cannot installed on harddrive with bitlocker....

okay so i decide to install other linux distro, like linuxmint, mx linux, and the last distros I installed now is Kubuntu 21.10, and they all have the same problems (boot options only showed up 1 or 2 times and then my laptops will straightly boot to windows)

so, the next article I read is using boot repair from something like yannubuntu ppa, it's also failed, it seems doesn't exist anymore..

i have try many tutorials from youtube, blog, or website but when i follow their steps everything showed different things in my laptops, and also most of them is articles from few years ago and using previous version of linux distro, that's why I write down my laptop types and my distro version maybe it will help..

i just want my laptops showing the boot options so i can choose what OS i will use everytime i turned on my laptops..

please help me guys, i really frustrated, i've been trying to fix this for few days but nothing works, actually i have solved problems like this before on 12.04 ubuntu and some other distros but it was long time ago with pretty old laptops, but this this time is really different, no tutorial worked...

and sorry my english is bad, i'm not a native speakers :)

*update : while waiting this question answered, i just re-installing some distros and kubuntu again, i find everytime i entered windows, the boot options is missing, if i choose to entering linux, no matter how much i turned off and turned on my laptops it's always showing all the boot options, only need 1 time to entered windows, and it will deleting my chance to enter linux again and my laptop will straightly boot to windows...

Windows and Manjaro are off-topic here.

It doesn't seem to be a specific ubuntu issue or issue releated to ubuntu , This issue is with every Linux distribution right ? This will be better answered on [Unix & Linux](https://unix.stackexchange.com) or [Super User](https://superuser.com/) but it more or less looks like an internal issue releated to hardware and not OS

Did you turn off fast startup in WIndows? Also turn off secure boot in the bios settings.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
