my ubuntu account log offs, and sound and microphone don't work after log in again

mx flag

Today my Ubuntu started with the error I don't know what's wrong...

I was at Opera (browser) talking to a friend while calling online... (I don't know if that's the problem)

And after a few minutes, all of a sudden my Ubuntu left my user account...

I typed in my password and it's ok so far

But when I joined the call again with my friend, my monitor sound didn't work, and I went to see the sound settings and there was no sound input from my monitor and my microphone didn't work either

I restarted my computer and chose Ubuntu (I have dual-boot with Windows 10, I installed windows 10 first and then Ubuntu) And I returned the call and the sound was fine and the microphone was fine too. But after a few minutes the exact same thing happened!

I have zram installed, I don't know if that has anything to do with it...

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
