I have installed Ubuntu alongside Windows 10, but sometimes when I am using the browser or open a pdf file, ubuntu gets too slow. and I don't have the same problems with windows? my CPU is intel i7, and my hard is 1 TB, 60% of hard for Ubuntu.

I suggest you keep open a resource monitor and see if you can associate sluggish behavior with any resource usage that seems anomalous, like running out of resources or seeing a particular process taking too much.

If both OSes are installed in the same drive and it's an HDD then both will be slow in one way or another but possibly in different ways and that alone may skew perception. However, I suspect your Windows is actually installed in a SSD, isn't it?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
