Brave browser windows moved from original position at edge of screen on app restart in Ubuntu 20.04

in flag

I have a large screen and have several Brave browser windows open side-by-side expanded to take up half the screen width, all the way to the edges. This is fairly easily accomplished in Gnome by dragging to either one or the other edge, but recently (within the last few months) the browser windows have begun restoring indented by at least 10 pixels from the edges of the screen (both horizontally and vertically) on restart of the application. This did not happen previously. They used to restore in their original locations, but they now end up overlapping in the middle of the screen.

Can someone please tell me how to stop whatever is causing this behavior? I cannot seem to find any mention of it anywhere.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
