Please edit your question to clearly explain how you managed to get folders in your dash (it's called "dash", not "dash menu"). It's also unclear why you want hundreds of applications in your dash -- that makes it much harder to use. Most folks use the Desktop Search (aka Overlay Mode) to store all those seldom-used applications. See the [Gnome Shell nomeclature](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GNOME_Shell) diagram.

@Zorono I think you may achieve that with this command `dconf reset -f /org/gnome/desktop/app-folders/folders/` https://i.stack.imgur.com/DYvwR.png

From a comment by PRATAP, use:

dconf reset -f /org/gnome/desktop/app-folders/folders/

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
