to install Ubuntu in my laptop , problem with boot menu

i wana install ubuntu in my hp laptop , but in boot menu it says the boot capability will be disabled if the device is marked with an exclamation mark , now what to do I've tried ctrl+f1 , but it didn't work just giving some beep sound only but no change , now please tell me how to fix these exclamatory mark in boot menu ,i did disable the secure boot and tried with both legacy mode and uefi mode ,but i couldn't see any change in it , it's same still please help me to fix it

Welcome to AskUbuntu, go to BIOS Setup and find Secure Boot option and disable it.

Please [edit] the question to properly address what was asked already in comments. Add hardware specifications ("HP laptop" is meaningless). Post the Ubuntu release/version you're trying to install and details about how you're doing it.
