Grub menu only showing after entering bios settings

in flag

I am not sure how or why this now happening, but when I start my desktop, rather than being presented with the grub menu to alternate between Ubuntu 21.10 or Windows 10, I get the screen to go into Bios settings. There are no errors, nothing to say there's a hardware failure at all. After entering bios and going out does grub load.

It seems to been if you use the desktop regularly, but if you turn off and go back after say more than a couple of hours it comes back.

Now, I have run boot repair on this, but as you can see it has now made any difference.

Can anyone help?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
