Modify Resolution in PPD to Match Max Resolution of Printer

cn flag

I just purchased a Brother PJ-722 thermal printer for travel, and am struggling getting the best resolution out of it.

I have tried installing the manufacturer's driver, but it gives errors when installing (missing directory, missing cupswrapper). Their universal driver downloader/installer also failed to even find my printer. :-(

However, I found driver that works with this printer: the Brother MC-3000. However, the closest I can get to the max resolution of 200x200 is 180x180. The print is readable, but it is heavily aliased.

I would like to know if it is possible to modify the configuration for this MC-3000 driver to add a resolution of 200x200.

Would that be possible? If so, how?

Thank you

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
