GRUB Resolution only works on restarts

cn flag

Here's my Grub settings: https://i.imgur.com/sGcF8gr.png

Basically, let's say I chose to restart my PC, GRUB shows up, everything is FHD with correct resolution. Same happens when I enter BIOS & then leave it, GRUB works fine.

However, if I chose to start up my PC (the casual everyday start-up, no restarts, nothing) GRUB for whatever reason displays in 1024x768 instead of 1920x1080

I've been searching and searching and tried a bunch of different fixes on here and none of them worked.

When I run ' videoinfo ' from GRUB's command line, FHD resolution IS THERE, but for whatever reason it chooses to select this garbage one: https://i.imgur.com/OG68uMQ.jpg

Is there a way to default the resolution to 0x005 rather than 0x003 that GRUB chooses on first start-up?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
