Black screen after booting Kubuntu 20.04

mq flag

Well, I have notebook with Kubuntu 20.04 with internal intel GPU only, and I noticed that after sleep mode notebook display becomes black. When I rebooting laptop, I see kubuntu logo and then black screen. System works, I even can execute some commands with shell in terminal by using Ctrl + Alt + F2 keys, but there is nothing on the screen, it's like disabled.

I trying a lot of commands and tricks, and helps only loading in recovery mode, so then I can see logon screen and then login to user account and it all works fine. Except sleep mode: if I boot in recovery mode and use sleep mode, then after waking up screen is also black. Usual booting to kubuntu (without recovery option) doesn't work.

output from lspci | grep VGA:

00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation UHD Graphics (rev 02)

output from xrandr:

xrandr: Failed to get size of gamma for output default
Screen 0: minimum 1920 x 1080, current 1920 x 1080, maximum 1920 x 1080
default connected primary 1920x1080+0+0 0mm x 0mm
   1920x1080 77.00*

Guys please help me. I think it may be due to using external monitor and sleep mode

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
