Make the caps-lock shift-lock and remove it's delay

jp flag

I found a way to remove the delay on the caps-lock: https://github.com/HexValid/Linux-CapsLock-Delay-Fixer

I also found a way to add shift-lock to caps-lock with gnome-tweaks: gnome-tweaks shift lock

However I searched all the internet and at the moment there's no solution to have both at the same time. Some threads about this problem date back to 2008, I'm surprised there's not an easy option for this already.

I'm using gnome-tweaks 40.0 and gnome 40.4.0.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
