Following error pops up, randomly, not sure what is causing it, and how to solve it

The error message

The error pops up once a day, it disappears if i reboot my computer. It does not seem to be task specific, but i am usually watching youtube when this happens. I will attach my system config below, if you need any more info, please let me know. enter image description here

No problem there .. then please rub the upgrade it self: `sudo apt upgrade`

I am not sure, how to check if it worked or not. Because, I don't even know why/when the error happens, it randomly appears in my top-bar. I am not running any command or installing anything when this error pops up. I just assume, it the software centre doing something in the background.
