Can't boot ubuntu from USB anymore (Macbook pro)

pl flag

As i wrote, I can't boot ubuntu from formatted usb (Rufus). I think the reason is that i failed installing Ubuntu on a usb sometime ago (It was a very bad idea, it was taking many hours so i had to turn it off). I remember that since than everytime I turned on the mac I saw the grub appearing; I made some search and i found a way to clean it from the macbook;

Now i would like to try linux os on macbook from usb live but it does not work.

Everytime i click on "option" when i turn of my Macbook pro 2015 this is what i get: enter image description here

After sometime it disappears, Ubuntu starts loading and then another black screen appears: enter image description here

/init: line 49: can't open /dev/sdb: no medium found Unable to find a medium container a live file system Attempt interactive netboot from a URL? yes no

I already tried two usb sticks and both are not working

Could you help me?

Redo the USB installation media. Probably best to use another, known good, USB stick.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
