Touchscreen and stylus not working on HP Envy x360 13-AG0007LA

ee flag

I own a laptop HP Envy x360 13-AG0007LA / AMD Ryzen 5 - 2500 U. I've installed Ubuntu 20.04, but neither the touchscreen nor the stylus work as intended. I found a possible solution here https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=198715#c14 that applies to version 4.16 of the kernel. In addition to the requirement of having to apply an unofficial patch to the kernel (which I don't know to do yet), I don't think the cited solution is helpful because Ubuntu 20.04 currently ships with version 5.13 of the kernel and the kernel files that I would have to modify look different from what is proposed in the cited solution.

Any ideas on how to proceed? Thanks!

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
