1. 21.04 is not LTS; 2. 21.04 is EOL. You have to upgrade it to 21.10 and then ask new question.

Turn on Bluetooth by using the switch at the top (right) of the window. Is your Bluetooth "hardware disabled", i.e., is "Airplane Mode" on?

Ubuntu 21.04 (along with all flavors) is *End-of-Life* and thus unsupported on this site (https://askubuntu.com/help/on-topic), and many other Ubuntu sites, unless your question is specific to moving to a supported release of Ubuntu. https://fridge.ubuntu.com/2022/01/21/ubuntu-21-04-hirsute-hippo-end-of-life-reached-on-january-20-2022/ https://help.ubuntu.com/community/EOLUpgrades *Added for links*

If you hurry, you may be able to *release-upgrade* without the need for the EOLUpgrades link in my last comment (ie. have the upgrade process be less troublesome). The archive of *hirsute* repositories can occur any minute/hour now as announced last month.

There was a mistake, my version is 20.04 LTS not 21.04, sorry for that, the toggle switch for Bluetooth is disabled, I cant turn it on.

Try `gksudo gedit /etc/default/grub` scroll to where "quiet splash" is and make it "quiet acpi_osi='Windows 2015' splash" save, then in terminal do `sudo update-grub` and reboot

Edit the file again, delete the 'Windows 2015' and make it acpi_osi=Linux then update-grub and reboot

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
