Is it possible to assign the first workspace to the secondary monitor, so that all windows in the first workspace appear on the secondary monitor, and all other workspaces appear on the primary monitor?

I'm using GNOME on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.

There is application called "GNOME Tweak Tool" aka. "GNOME Tweaks" here you can under Workspaces manage "Display Handling"

To install it from terminal use: sudo apt install gnome-tweaks

You can also try to look for answers in this question, but it's probably not worth it.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
