How do I install the correct nvidia drivers on ubuntu?

ge flag

I was trying to set up nvidia drivers by following this article: https://linuxconfig.org/how-to-install-the-nvidia-drivers-on-ubuntu-20-04-focal-fossa-linux when I got the following error:

WARNING:root:_pkg_get_support nvidia-driver-390: package has invalid Support Legacyheader, cannot determine support level

I got this error after running the command: ubuntu-drivers devices. I tried to fix it by following the steps in this forum post: Problem installing Nvidia driver on Ubuntu 20.04 but after rebooting this error message still pops up.

Should I be concerned, or how do I fix this?

Did you purge all the old Nvidia drivers before doing the ubuntu-drivers step again? Check with dpkg -l |grep -i nvidia to see if any are left after the purge.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
