Xbuntu 22.04 screen becomes gray

ky flag

I did six fresh installs of xubuntu 22.04 on six AsusTek UN45 (Celeron N3000). Randomly, after some hours of work (2 times per day in 6 PC), the screen becomes gray and can no longer show images. I can still reach the PC via ssh and reboot it, or reboot it pressing quickly the power button for regular shutdown. After reboot all is working fine again for some hours.

When the problem happens, I can find the following lines on the kernel dmesg:

[10093.244138] hwrng: no data available
[10246.071959] hwrng: no data available
[10334.903948] hwrng: no data available

[10576.567952] hwrng: no data available

I already upgraded from stock kernel 5.15.0 to mainline 5.19.16-051916-generic, but the problem is not solved. PCs are still freezing with gray screen during the day.

Previously these PC were running xubuntu 20.04 or 18.04, and this problem never happened.

Any help ?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
