Is it safe to remove CacheStorage directory under .config/Code/ServiceWorker?

sj flag

I've just noticed a large directory (2.4GB) in disk analyser.

It is in /home/user/.config/Code/ServiceWorker/CacheStorage which contains many many small files.

I guess that this is where some settings from VSCode are stored, but not quite sure what happens if I just remove all in CacheStorage subdirectory.

I am using Ubuntu 20.04 and this is how it looks: screenshot from disk analyzer.

if you are willing to sacrifice your VS Code data, then sure you can delete it.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
