It's showing errno-5

I am using a 16gb sd card with a card reader as a bootable usb, and whenever i try to install Ubuntu at the very end moment it comes as errno-5 input/output error. I have tried with efi partitioning and all but nothing has worked. I requested to anyone who is reading this plzzz plzz plzzz help me as soon as possible as it is very important and urgent

Help as soon as possible is not an option. This is a volunteer manned site. Good chance the card and or the ISO you used to make the Live Media is corrupt. You have not said what version of Ubuntu you are installing, you should. Here is a doc you can review to see if it may be the way you prepared the card that could be the issue.
