Your system should be up-to-date and your package manager free from errors before you attempt to install new software. Is it? Please copy/paste the output of `sudo apt update` and `sudo apt upgrade` to your question. Please do not manipulate anything inside the paste like you did with what you already pasted here. Don't change anything! Instead use [code fences](https://askubuntu.com/editing-help#code). See my edit for an example. If you can't figure out the formatting, please leave it alone. It's a lot easier for us to fix it for you when you don't mess with it.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
