How to install ubuntu on a device with misbehaving keyboard and mice

eg flag

I'm apparently a victim of the common bug in newer kernels which disables keyboard and mice right after gui startup, as seen on Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS: laptop keyboard not working after updates Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS: laptop keyboard not working after updates

This could be probably solved by using an older kernel or by some grub magic, but I have not installed Ubuntu on the device yet thus I am not able to edit any parameters or software on the live installation usb stick. Any idea, how to even install Ubuntu over this bug?

If it's a bug, please provided bug ID or link to bug report. This is a user support site & not a bug tracker. You've also been unclear as to which Ubuntu product you're trying to boot, nor what you tried (*if it's a LTS release, multiple kernel stack options exist for most releases but you're devoid of specific details*)
I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
