Temporarily Disable Touchscreen

es flag

Does anyone know how to disable (only temporarily!) the touchscreen of your laptop? I read other posts but when I type

xinput

into the terminal, the listed devices don't match the ones on these threads. I own a HP Envy x360.

Moreover, I want to disable only temporarily because, for now, I really don't use it on Ubuntu, but I don't want to do it permanently because I might want it in the future.

Thank you!

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
