Ubuntu 20.04 unable to remove network printers they always come back

id flag

When I go to http://localhost:631/printers/ it's almost fine, there are 2 local printers and one ghost device which I also can't remove cups

But when I go to Settings | Printers

There's ton of printers I have tried setting cups Browsing Off, BrowsingProtocol none, etc... Tried disabling via sysctl

systemctl stop cups-browsed
systemctl disable cups-browsed

Nothing helps...

I delete them, and they come back in a minute...

Ubuntu settings

The list of printers is huge, there's no scrollbar here...

Any ideas?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
