I meet this problem too and here is the solution I've found: You just need to type a new -i and replace the -i in this command sudo dpkg -i cuda-repo-ubuntu2204-11-8-local_11.8.0-520.61.05-1_amd64.deb, then the problem would be solved.

Your answer is somewhat confusing: "type new -i and replace -i". Can you rephrase this to provide more clarity for your audience?

You can type this command manually instead of copying it from website. I was getting same error, but then I just typed the command manually and it worked.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
