Ubunu 22.04 LTS dual monitors - Applications launched on a dock are minimized only on that dock

cn flag

I have 2 monitors and have used the ubuntu built-in settings to replicate the dock on the second monitor. I noticed two things I like to report about the docks on multi monitors_

  1. It seems that each dock is monitor-specific: an app launched from one dock is not considered "existing" by the other dock. I mean, if I minimize it and then try to maximize it back by clicking that app icon on the other dock, a new instance of that program is launched. Is there a way to have the docks monitoring all the applications running on the user session independently from the monitor?
  2. When multiple instances of the same program launched from one dock, multiple small grey dots appear and the dock's icon. When you minimize the app windows, is there a way to have a preview of the instance that is being "taken up" when clicking on the dock icon (for example like in windows or in the old compiz?).

Thanks in advance to anyone who could give any advice! Shock99er

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
