USB ports are running in 2.0 speed instead of 3.0. Dell Latitude e6440

The three usb ports of my laptop are slow! They say they are 3.0 but their speed is same as 2.0. I tested it by transferring the same folder from a usb 3.0 stick to an old macbook (2007), it took the same time! What can i do for that? Is it a drivers' issue?

I just bought a refurbished Dell LATITUDE E6440. I found the drivers from dell's page ( https://www.dell.com/support/home/el-gr/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=y24ff&oscode=1204a&productcode=latitude-e6440-laptop ) but i don't know how to install them, it's a fish.tar.gz packet. I unzip it but i don't know what to do afterwards...

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
