Xubuntu desktop ask the password when it is going to sleep

cn flag

when I configure (about the graphical configuration) the sleep mode after some idle time, than the system ask me to my password when the system is going to sleep. When I chose manually power off / reboot / standby than I don't need enter a password. I use Xubuntu 22.04.1 LTS.

What is the problem? Why can't the system go sleep without a password automatically.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
