If UEFI, you should always be able to directly boot Windows from UEFI boot menu, f12 in most Dell systems. Did Windows update UEFI, changing settings to defaults? You may need to redo those. And if grub (or Windows) does major update, it sets itself as first in boot order. With two grub installs, you have to manage which you want as default. Often just need to boot into prefered install and do `sudo grub-install` which will use UEFI, if UEFI install & ESP in fstab. Or it just uses all defaults.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
