Can't Toggle Off Sharing in Ubuntu 22.04 Settings

de flag

I am running Ubuntu 22.04.1 and am having an issue with turning off Sharing in the Settings. When I toggle it off and go to another setting tab and then go back, I see that it has toggled itself back on. I want to keep it off because I suspect that it is preventing my desktop computer from screen blanking when it should. I have the GNOME Shell extension Caffeine installed, and I had noticed that when I would have it activated, my screen would not blank. I removed Rygel from the list of apps that trigger Caffeine (and made sure that any remnants of this setting were removed from the dconf settings), but I'm still having issues. I know that modern LCD monitors don't have the problems that older ones do with regard to screen burn-in, but I'd still like my screen to blank after 15 minutes, and I don't understand why it's not working. As a side note, I've noticed in the recent past that after receiving certain Ubuntu updates, my screen would blank after a only a few seconds and my desktop would not return to normal until after rebooting....

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
