How to mirror my MacBook screen to my Ubuntu laptop?

ss flag

I own a MacBook Air M1 and I have an extra laptop with Ubuntu lying around, so I want to use it as a second monitor. I have seen many videos of people doing this with Windows laptops, but couldn't find anything good for Linux.

The only good thing I found was miracast, but I don't know how to download it, can so anyone help me with this?

I would be grateful and please give some detailed answers as I am still adapting to Linux systems hence it is tough for me to understand some terms that you might use.

Are you saying want a macOS system in the MacBook to use the Ubuntu system as a screen, or do you have Ubuntu installed on the MacBook?
I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
