How can I install Ubuntu from USB if there are no boot sequence options, the primary hard drive is set to None. The SATA is set to none. There’s no OS installed currently.

Put your usb in, restart and enter bios boot menu - can you then find your usb to select? Are you sure your usb media works?

I have two Dell Latitude computers, and have no problem booting from USB. Maybe check if you can upgrade the UEFI/BIOS system.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
