How to suspend and resume a device (avermedia live gamer hd2) 1 time

ao flag

so i have the problem that this capture card keep getting suspended when not in use. the problem is also described here https://forum.manjaro.org/t/capture-card-continually-disconnects-aver-media-lghd2-gc570/74644/6

the solution to this problem is to add "usbcore.autosuspend=-1" in the GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT line in /etc/default/grub
however with this configuration the capture card has another problem: the card has 2 video modes Motion-JPEG and YUV 4:2:2. when autosuspend is disabled, i only can access Motion-JPEG which gives me glitchy video output.

with autosuspend enabled i can access YUV 4:2:2 which works perfectly fine but i need to have obs-studio open all the time.

so my guess is that the solution to this problem is to suspend and resume this device 1 time since it does work when autosuspend is on. but i do not know how to do this. i tried something like this https://github.com/mcarans/resetusb/ , but it didnt work.

so my question is, how do i manually suspend this device and resume it afterwards. it needs to be suspended like autosuspend does. (LED on the capture card turns off too)

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
