unable to uninstall linux-oem kernel - Dependency issues

fi flag

My laptop has ubuntu 15.14.0-1057-oem as well as 5.15.92 and 6.1.10 kernels installed. I want to uninstall the 15.14.0-1057-oem kernel so I tried this:

sudo apt purge linux-5.14.0-1057-oem

But I am getting the following error:

Reading package lists...
Done Building dependency tree
Reading state information...
Done You might want to run 'apt --fix-broken install' to correct these.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
linux-headers-6.1.10-060110-generic : Depends: libc6 (>= 2.34) but 2.31-0ubuntu9.9 is to be installed
                                      Depends: libssl3 (>= 3.0.0) but it is not installable
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt --fix-broken install' with no packages (or specify a solution).

If I run the apt --fix-broken it uninstall the other two kernels. I want to keep both of them except the oem kernel.

I am booted using the 5.15.92 and I am trying to uninstall 5.14.0

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
