Ubuntu 22.04+ Folder Color

bq flag

So, I am not a fan of the dull grey folder colors in the 22.04 File Manager and desktop and would like a better option than just accent colors. What is the best option to handle this? Should I install the Folder Color repository? Or is there a better option to change the color to purple, blue, manila etc? Thank you.

Edit It appears that installing Folder Color is the recommended option to rectify this issue -- while maintaining the factory theme.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
