Mount NTFS with exec permission

ad flag

I mounted NTFS, but I cannot execute the Hugo server on it. I got the following error:

hugo server -D

Error: open /home/.../hugo-website: permission denied

My mounting command is this:

UUID=2424FF3224FF0598 /mnt/Storage ntfs-3g auto,nofail,noatime,rw,user,exec,uid=1000,gid=1000,umask=022,x-gvfs-show 0 0

When I ls -lah in the website directory, I get this output:

Anyone has a tip how to fix this?

EDIT

I cannot even open WPS Writer files. The program prompts me that I do not have permission to access it.

Not sure. Until a month ago I was using elementaryOS and I could execute just fine on NTFS. Now I cannot even open a DOCX with WPS Writer.
I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
