Fingerprint association to username

mp flag

I'm running 22.04.2 and I have a working fingerprint scanner associated with various user accounts.

What I would like is a login where upon scanning the fingerprint authenticates the user and associates the appropriate user account to the user's fingerprint.

Currently, for example, there is User A, User B, User C, and the respective biometric information for each account. The user is expected to select the correct user profile, and then authenticate.

What I would like to see is the biometric scan, and depending on the fingerprint, the associated user profile would then load.

Is this possible?

Again, the fingerprint scanner works, but I'm looking to associate the User ID with the unique biometric markers. Obviously, if the fingerprint isn't on file, then the user can't use the computer. Thank you all in advance.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
