Wireless keyboard won't work after dual boot install

Dell Laptop Precision 7760 Ubuntu 20.04.5 GNOME 3.36.8

I bought this laptop from Dell with Ubuntu about a year ago. Last week I decided to add Windows 10 OS in a dual boot configuration.

I have a dell wireless keyboard (OMAN-TRA) that I usually use via bluetooth. The keyboard has the option for bluetooth or usb receiver. Since I installed windows and connected the keyboard to the windows OS, it won't work in Ubuntu. I've tried the bluetooth and the usb receiver, neither works.

In Ubuntu - When I try to re-pair it via bluetooth several(4-5) "Dell Keybd" devices show up in the list instead of just 1. It doesn't seem to see the usb receiver at all.

I do have a wireless USB mouse and a USB docking station that works just fine in both OS, so I believe the USB ports are working fine.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
