Ubuntu 22.04 Random freezes, suspicous kernel logs (kernel: BUG: IRQ stack guard page was hit)

in flag

I have used Ubuntu 22 on my Acer machine for about 4 months. Just yesterday, I began experiencing random freezes of my system that were so long that I had to reboot by power cycling the laptop. After checking through journalctl, the lines towards the end of the log stood out to me (<REDACTED> replaces my hostname):

Another time, I tried viewing the memory usage on the system monitor. When the system froze, the RAM usage was only half its limit, so I don't think I'm running out of RAM.

On one of the boots, I constantly got pop-up windows indicating ibus shutdown unexpectedly and Ubuntu encountered an unexpected error (the "details" drop-down mentioned something about gsd). journalctl revealed:

                                           exe="/usr/bin/dbus-daemon" sauid=102 hostname=? addr=? terminal=?'

Would the kernel log explain this behavior? What other steps can I take to troubleshoot? I've seen some people have issues with their NVidia GPU, but my machine doesn't have an NVidia GPU.

The output of uname -a:

Could be RAM failure. Try using MemTest86 (downloadable from https://www.memtest86.com/) to check your RAM. The longer you run it, the better (preferably do this overnight or longer). If you see RAM errors, that's almost certainly the problem. And even if it's not, it's still a problem that needs to be rectified.

The error messages ARE ram faults one or more ram chips and or motherboard slots have gone bad. Unless you have recently installed something new that has messed up the machine OS.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
