How to diagnose and solve a slow and laggy GRN GRUB boot?

As my title describes, I am experiencing slower launch times for my dual booted laptop (Windows 11 and UBUNTU 22.04). The originally it would take sub-20s for me to launch my laptop and be in one OS or another now it stutters and takes a second or more to flip between option in the boot manager. Furthermore, it is key to note that either OS runs smoothly once selected in boot menu. In addition, I ran scans on both partitions and found no errors. Finally, it is worth noting this delay and lag is also in my UEFI settings making it so lagging that I can not move my mouse to select any advanced options or security.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
